Modern Family Actress Julie Bowen attended the 64th Annual Primetime Emmys in a neon green Monique Lhuillier strapless gown and Bochic Sapphire, 18kt Yellow Gold and Diamond earrings.  The subtle color of the stones complimented the bold hue of the dress, while the yellow gold picked up it’s vibrancy. Set on Julie’s golden hair and glowing complexion this was one of the best looks of the evening.
